Mexican styled corn in minutes!
• 4 halved boiled or steamed cobs of corn
• 40g Dairyworks Chipotle & Sea Salt Butter
• Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1. Place hot corn into a saucepan with the butter, salt and pepper.
2. Toss gently until the butter is melted and coats all the corn in the pot.
3. Place into a serving dish and pour over any remaining melted butter.
